Meet The Advisors

Paul Kilkelly CeMAP

One of the founders and Partners of Taylor Milburn, Paul has been in the financial industry now for over 18 years.

His product knowledge really does speak for itself and he prides himself on building strong long lasting relationships with all of his clients to ensure he caters for their ever need, now and in the future.

Paul is a keen Aston Villa fan (for his sins) and in his spare time still likes a game himself.

Mark Bond CeMAP

Mark is the most recent addition to Taylor Milburn. Having started life here in September 2014, Mark has already formed strong relationships with many clients.

He has previously worked for two of the biggest firms in the industry where he met Paul and Terry. He prides himself on customer service and giving the best advice he can to all of his clients.

Mark is a keen golfer having played for Essex as a junior and also finds time for football.

Terry Fallows CeMAP

Terry joined Taylor Milburn in June 2013 after spending time working for two of the biggest national mortgage firms in the country.

Like Paul, Terry has a long history in the industry and is now enjoying his 12th year in the property and financial services industry.

Terry's lender knowledge is second to none and he will leave no stone unturned when looking for a solution to any client's needs.
